Landhuis de Linde ****Linde manor is situated close to the Drentsche Nijensleek, north of the old fortified town of Steenwijk. The house has seven bedrooms , two floors and a basement. It has all the comfort for a perfect holiday. You can enjoy the garden with furniture and several terraces overlooking the beautiful countryside . There is a fully equipped kitchen with two oven, two dishwasher and a microwave. The relax area is equipped with a sauna. The area offers great opportunities. At only 100 meters away the natural estate Eese you can make beautiful walks. You can also find the nature reserves De Weerribben De Wieden. Dwingelerveld and The Woldberg steps away. Here you can find beautiful cycling and hiking route. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (cash ) will be required upon arrival for possible damages and will be returned in maximum 14 days. A final cleaning of 135 Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory. For a stay of several weeks you will pay the indicated cleaning fee per week. Bed linen are required to rent for an additional cost of 9,50 EUR p.p./stay. Bath towels are available for rent for an additional cost of 4 EUR p.p./stay. Kitchen linen are not included in the price, guests should bring their own. Please note that the electricity fee of 20 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
