This authentic farmhouse is 300 years old. It is in beautiful hilly landscape near the town of Bemelen in the province of Limburg. The renovated accommodation is perfect for get-togethers of family, friends or colleagues. You can really relax and unwind in this delightful area. You can also enjoy quad riding, cave biking, abseiling and a `jeep safari`. Excellent walking, cycling and mountain bike trails run right past the accommodation. The famous city of Valkenburg aan de Geul is a stones throw away. Maastricht is six kilometres away, Aachen and Liege are eighteen kilometres. All are with easy reach and well worth a visit.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property ,bed linen is available for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./stay.

Please note that the electricity fee of 10 EUR/night and gas fee of 10 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
