Lenzbauerhütte is located on a hillside, 10 km from Bad Mitterndorf and directly next to the Tauplitzsee Ski Lift. The rustic chalet offers amenities like a sauna, satellite TV and a sunbathing terrace with barbecue facilities. Snow shoeing equipment can be borrowed on request.

The Lenzbauerhütte chalet comprises 2 bathrooms with a shower each, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and 3 sofa beds. Mountain views can be enjoyed in the entire chalet and a wood-burning stove ensures a cosy atmosphere.

Cross-country skiing trails start right at Lenzbauerhütte and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is a further feature of the property. During summer, guided hiking tours are organized and bicycles can be stored on site.

Within 5 minutes on foot, the closest restaurant can be reached. Lake Steirersee is a 20-minute walk away and Lienz and Bad Aussee are both within 35 km. Free private parking is available at the premises.

A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Lenzbauerhütte will contact you with instructions after booking.

Please note that in summer, you have to bring your own linen and towels. Sleeping bags are not allowed. Electricity costs are charged according to consumption. In winter, electricity as well as linen and towels is included in the rate.

During winter parking is not possible. Guests are kindly requested to inform the Lenzbauerhütte in advance to arrange transfer to the property. This service is against a surcharge.
