Urb Turquesa is a three-bedroom apartment 118 m2 in area, on the upper floor, lcoated in the 4-storey apartment block "Turquesa" situated in the district of Nova Dénia, 5 km from the centre of Dénia, 200 m from the sea. It accommodates up to six people.

The living/dining room with TV (flat screen TV), exit to the terrace; Bedrooms: 2 rooms, each room with 1 pull-out bed and 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), shower/toilet and double hand-basin, exit to the terrace; The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer, a shower/toilet.

There is a 70 m2 large terrace with terrace furniture, deck chairs and a nice view of the sea. A washing machine and reserved parking space are available. A garage space is also possible by request.

For shared use: garden with lawn and swimming pool. The house has a lift and covered parking.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that the compulsory service charges include: initial laundry supply (bed linen and towels) and final cleaning.
