This 4-room home is 100 m2 on two levels, simple and practical furnishings. It is located 500 m from the centre of De Haan, 1.5 km from the sea and the beach.

It has a living/dining room with open fireplace, dining corner, satellite-TV and radio. Its open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, electric coffee machine and combination microwave. There is also a shower and separate WC in the entrance hall.

Guests can enjoy the terrace 32 m2 and garden with terrace furniture and barbeque facilities.

For shared use there is a tennis with extra surcharge, paddling pool and children`s playground. In the complex there is a restaurant, bar.

Shop, bus stop are in 500 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Golf course 500 m. Nearby attractions are Brugge 17 km, Plopsaland 50 km, Gent 65 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

Arrival must be within the specified times. The deposit will be returned by banktransfer ca. 3 week after departure. Please leave your bankdetails including BIC and IBAN with the keyholder.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages.

- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rate. For renting bed linen there is an optional extra cost of 7 EUR per person and for towels 5 EUR per person.

-Please note that the average use of electricity and water included, only if the use exceeds the average use extra costs will be charged.

- Reserved parking space n V112 by the house. There is also a second reserved parking space 50 m from the house.
