Ferienhaus Sabine ****This beautifully furnished holiday house is situated in a complex with spa area and indoor swimming pool in the St. Lorenzen holiday park. Ferienhaus Sabine is a 3-room semi-detached house with an area of 85 m2 on 2 levels with tasteful furnishings and a nice view of the ski-run. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings and 1 room with sloping ceilings with 4 sleeping possibilities (2 single beds and 2 cabin beds in the room sleeping 4 people). The living/dining room includes a winter garden with swedish stove, dining corner, satellite-TV, radio and CD-player. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave and with dining table. There is a large terrace covered, on a south and east facing position with deck chairs, box-room. In the house there is electric heating. Firewood for the Swedish stove is free. The mountain railways by the Kreischberg are just a few minutes walk away. Fishing possible directly in the Mura river (approx. 1 km away). Numerous walking and cycling paths in front of the house. Good area for skiing tours. Excellent area for mushroom pickers. There is an 18 hole golf course. The spa area in the holiday park with indoor swimming pool and restaurant etc. is closed from mid April to mid May and from mid October until the beginning of December. For shared use there is an indoor pool (extra). A Supermarket is 1 km away, a restaurant is 100 m, an outdoor swimming pool is at 1 km distance. A Golf course and tennis court are at 1 km, riding stables at 1 km, mountain lift and toboggan-run are at 250 m. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival.
