The accommodation offers an entrance hall with separate WC,a living/dining room with cable-TV, stereo unit and DVD, a room with a double sofa bed, a room with a french bed, a kitchen of 9m2 and a bathroom. The apartment accommodates four people. The accommodation has access to a balcony of 2m2.

Near the accommodation are: Supermarket 400 m, shopping centre 800 m, restaurant, cafe 500 m, railway station "Zaandam" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Zaanse Schans Museum 10 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- A final cleaning is included in the price.
- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the room rate.
- Please contact the Keyholder 1 week before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time.
- It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
