This is a 1-room farmhouse 60 m², renovated in 2012, surrounded by fields, with 1.000 m² private grounds and located 10 km from Telde.

The property has a living/sleeping room with 1 sofa bed and 1 french bed, an open fireplace and flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom.

The property is equipped with a boiler (25 litres), a washing machine, an iron, hair dryer and has a furnished 84m² terrace, with a view of the mountains and the valley.

Supermarket 10 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 10 km, sandy beach La Garita 14 km. Please note that the use of a car is essential, plus the property is not suitable for small children.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please email the keyholder with your flight details one week before arrival: flight number, time and airport. Check-in is by appointment only!. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
