The surrounding area of Sippenaeken has many excellent walking and cycling routes. You can visit quiet villages along winding country roads with wonderful views. You can also go on splendid walking and cycling trips through the nearby Bovenste Bos or along the river Geul. The home offers four bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests. The living room on the ground floor comes with a hearth, cable TV, CD player, oven and microwave. There is bath with shower, washbasin and toilet. On the first and second floors, you find the bedrooms and a bathroom. A courtyard with garden furniture and parking are available. The owner and the neighborhood highly appreciates a tranquil environment. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - A final cleaning is included in the price. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need bring their own kitchen linen. - Bed linen per packet is available for an additional cost of 9 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels are included in the price( when you rent a linen package). - Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
