Au Point d Eau is a 4-bedroom holiday home with a surface area of 163 m2, located in the town of Waimes.

The house features a sitting room with TV, fireplace, DVD player, stereo and a bar.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer. Other amenities include an infra-red sauna, a table football table, billiards, a private garden with table tennis table, patio, barbecue, parking facilities and even a private swimming pool (heated, 4x3 m, open from May - Sep.

Waimes is the highest community in Belgium and is a true attraction for tourism. You can walk or mountain bike, cycle along the RAVEL and ski in Ovifat. Visit the reservoirs of Robertville or Bütgenbach. And for the gourmets, the brewery of Bellevaux or the ham smokehouse in Montanau are worth a visit.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning is mandatory: EUR 100,=

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.

- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 8 EUR p.p./stay.

- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./stay.

- Kitchen linen is included in the price.
