It is very close to the village square and the various shops. The house have a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 persons. At the living room you have a TV with DVD player and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. On the first floor you can enjoy of master bathrooms with bath, jet-stream, and sauna. The center of the nearest village is 100 meters away from the house, with facilities as shops, restaurant and tourist information office. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own. - Bed linen is included in the price. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0,35 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the gas/oil fee 0,98 EUR/Lt is not included in the room rate. - You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you free of charge.
