Located in Saint Moritz, Residenz Bernasconi offers indoor pool (seasonal). The 3-room attic apartment is 75 m2 on the 6th floor, on a south-west facing position with a mountain view from the room.

The shared heated indoor swimming pool and sauna are closed from mid April until the 1st of July and from the beginning of October until the beginning of December (same time every year).

Shop, grocers, restaurant, bar, bakers, café and pedestrian zone are within 100 m, the bus stop "Schulhausplatz" is at 400 m, a Golf course (9 hole) is at 1 km, mountain lift, ski school 300 m, cross-country ski trail 1 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
