The Sur Puoz apartment is a 1-room studio on the ground floor and on a south facing position with a partial view of the mountains.

The living/dining room includes 1 french bed and satellite-TV (flat screen TV). The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob and electric coffee machine. There are 2 deck chairs.

In the house there is a lift, store for bicycles, ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use).

Samedan is located 6 km from St.Moritz:

A shop is within 400 m, a shopping centre is 500 m, a bus stop is 400 m away. A golf course (18 hole) is just 1 km away, skisport facilities are at 3 km, ski runs are at 500 m and a children`s ski school is at 3 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

Please contact the Keyholder 1 day before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 CHF will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that a final cleaning fee of 51 CHF per person is not included in the price.

- Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 32 CHF per person.
