It offers a lovely view of the lake, the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with bath/WC and double hand-basin and 1 double bedroom. The large living/dining room includes an open fireplace, dining table, satellite-TV and stereo unit. The open kitchen has 6 m2 and is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, electric coffee machine and with small dining table. There are capsules for the coffee machine at an extra. There is a large balcony with terrace furniture. An open gallery has the ceiling height of 130 - 163 cm. In the house there are facilities such as: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]), ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Linen change daily (suppl. charge extra). Towel change daily (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning daily on request (extra) and communal covered parking. A café is at 350 m, a bus stop at 100 m, the lake Statzersee 6 km, a tennis court is at 350 m, there are walking paths from the house, cycling path 20 m, cable car 4 km, rent a ski 500 m, ski bus stop 100 m, children`s ski school 1 km, toboggan-run 1.5 km, cross-country ski trail 150 m, ice rink, childrens play area 350 m. Nearby attractions include the Alpine Museum at 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia 4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Statzersee 6 km. Hiking paths: Alle Richtungen 1 km. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. Please contact the Keyholder 1 day before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 CHF will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that a final cleaning fee of 44 CHF per person is not included in the price - Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 31 CHF per person.
