Gasthaus Mayor **

The Gasthaus Mayor can be found in the traditional Swiss and car-free village of S-Charl, 12.7 km from Scuol, close to the Swiss National Park at 1813 metres above sea level.

Hot food is served all day from 11:00 to 22:00 in the 400 years-old Arvenstübli, in the Arven hall or on the charming terraces. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

The location is ideal for hiking, biking, and for ski or snow-shoe tours.

Children are very welcome at the Gasthaus Mayor.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

In summer S-charl can be reached by car, which has to be parked on the parking at the entrance of the village. There is also a bus line running to S-charl.

In winter S-charl is accessible by horse-drawn sleigh (1.5 hours from San Jon) or on skis:
- 2.5 hours from San Jon
- 1.5 hours via the ski lift Minschuns in in Val Müstair and descent to S-charl
- 2 hours via Fuorcla Sesvenna and the Sesvenna mountain cabin and descent to S-charl
