The bright, non-smoking rooms feature a balcony, cable TV, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with hairdryer. They offer views of the Schmittenhöhe Mountain or the lake.

Please note that Landhotel Martha has no reception. Check-in and check-out take place at the neighbouring hotel Der Schmittenhof, Schmittenstraße 109, 5700 Zell am See. Breakfast and half-board are also served there.

Please note that half board is not available from 17 April to 25 May 2013 and from 6 October to 29 November 2013 because the restaurant is closed. Prices only include breakfast during these periods.
