Beside the enchanting beach of Megas Limnionas, only a few kilometres south of Chios city, lies the newly built, family unit of the Sun Village studios. Sun Village has 28 spacious apartments with a view of the sea, air conditioning, telephone, TV and music. Apartments consist of one or two rooms suitable to accommodate 2 to 3 people.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 3.50 per hour .

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

To the North of the modern city centre, near the harbor, lies the Castle of Chios. This fortress was built in the Byzantine times around the ninth century and then repaired after the wars during the Genoa occupation in the 15th century.

At first, it enclosed the whole city of Chios, but soon the town expanded outside the precinct of its walls to its present size. Their emblem, 3 towers and an eagle, still exists in towers and battlements, which are in quite good condition.
