Welcome to Meltemi Luxury Suites we are located 30m away from the black sunny Perissa beach. We provide a warmly environment ready to welcome you in 16 fabulous studios and suites. The design and the architecture of Meltemi Luxury Suites are hold in typical Cycladic style with a touch of modern art.

The "Meltemi" gives you the opportunity to choose between two marvellous restaurants (Meltemi Taverna & Water park Restaurant) for the guests who want to try and sample the local and international cuisine.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
